Made from beautifully sturdy certified organic cotton twill, this is a substantial tote designed for everyday life. Its roomy, gusseted shape has space for books, groceries, notebooks and all the assorted treasures gathered along the way, while long shoulder straps make it comfortable to carry from morning until evening.

Made to order

Every piece is printed especially for you. Most poducts dispatch within 3 working days however please allow up to 10–13 business days for production and delivery. During busy seasonal periods, delivery may take a little longer.

Cancellation of orders

As we work with a third party fulfilment centre, where we can, we will try our very best to cancel orders. But due to us working extremely efficiently to get your orders out as quickly as possible we may not be able to intercept this before the order has been personalised or processed, therefore your cancellation requested may not be accepted.

Returns

If you would like to return your item please email hello@totezee.com to initiate the returns process.

We hope you love your Totezee purchase, but should you change your mind, we only ask that the following requirements are met:

-Please ensure items are returned the way we sent them out to you.

- All labels and tags must still be attached with no marks to the pieces.

We accept returns back within 28 days of the dispatch date providing they are in a re-sellable and unworn condition and in the original box.
